Join us for a one-day Saturday class for women in the last trimester of pregnancy and their partners. It includes preparation for labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques and postpartum care. All instructors are certified childbirth educators.
You must pre-register for this class. A lunch break will be provided.
What to bring: 2 pillows, a blanket or yoga mat, and snacks/drinks. Since the class is geared for adults, we ask that you make other arrangements for your older children, if applicable.
